Juan Carlos Rosas (Peruvian) is a long-time senior member of the SACRO team. He is from a very wealthy Peruvian family and was FF'd into The Family International in the 1970s. He currently lives in Chile with his second wife, Carmen Robb (an American SGA and also a member of the SACRO team).
His daughter, Leila, is also a member of the SACRO team.
