URGENT SECURITY EMERGENCY RUSHOGRAM!: NEW TITHE RATES! DO 1729 2/84
 1. DUE TO LAX SECURITY ENFORCEMENT OF TRFs & TOO-LOW MINIMUM TITHING RATES, much highly classified DO material has recently fallen into the hands of our enemies, causing much bad publicity & persecution throughout the World!
 2. THEREFORE, WE ARE NOT ONLY COMPELLED TO "TIGHTEN THE TRFs!" BUT ALSO TIGHTEN THE TITHES, as outlined in the new ML following herein: "Tighten the Family!"--which also tightens restrictions on DO Lit to a minimum of one year in the Family, or 6 months for FNs!--Much the same as it was in our earlier years! LINs & KIDz may be received by anyone who gives the minimum gift requested to cover costs.
 3. THESE NEW TIGHTER TITHING MINIMUMS WILL COVER ALL TRFs BEGINNING MARCH 1, 1984! You will continue to receive your Lit at the same old rate & quantity & classification as outlined in Para.5 of Pages 53-54, GN#122, for TRFs of Feb.1,1984 if filled out in full according to "No Blank TRFs!", ML#888, of April, 1980, accompanied by the appropriate Tithe. Otherwise, your incomplete TRF will be returned to you for completion & your mailings suspended until its return to us. Your mailings will then be resumed according to the following New Tithe Rates:
 ======================================================
 NORTH AMERICA (Includes U.S.possessions & Mexico), EUROPE, AUSTRALIA & NEW ZEALAND:
 ALL LIT--$100/Month Minimum.
 FN, LIN, KIDz--$50/Month Minimum.
 LIN, KIDz--$10/Month Minimum. (GNs & WNDs will be sent Airmail, all other Surface.)
 SOUTH AMERICA & CENTRAL AMERICA & CARIBBEAN (NOT U.S. POSSESSIONS), PACIFIC, MIDEAST & AFRICA (Includes Japan, Hong Kong, Singapore, & South Africa, but not Australia & New Zealand):
 ALL LIT--$50/Month Minimum.
 FN, LIN, KIDz--$35/Month Minimum.
 LIN, KIDz--$5/Month. (If any of you anywhere find these difficult to meet personally, we suggest you form a Co-op Home & share the Lit & Tithe.)
 INDIA AREA & SOUTH EAST ASIA (Not HK & Singapore--Includes Philippines, Indonesia, Thailand, Malaysia, Taiwan, China etc.):
 ALL LIT--$35/Month Minimum.
 FN, LIN, KIDz--$25/Month Minimum.
 LIN, KIDz--$5/Month Minimum.
 ======================================================
 4. ALL GNS & WNDs WILL BE SENT AIRMAIL!--All others Surface.
 5. ALL INCOMPLETE TRFs WILL BE RETURNED & MAILINGS SUSPENDED until returned to us completed to our satisfaction, as in #888 & "Tighten the Family!" (GN124) & other previous MLs.(Nos.888, 1068, 1696, etc)
 6. NO DO MAIL (GNs,WNDs,BOOKS ETC.) WILL BE SENT TO THOSE IN THE FAMILY LESS THAN ONE YEAR, or FNs to those in the Family less than 6 months!--Only LIN & KIDz. Sorry, but we can't mail DO or DFO Lit to new Disciples!
 7. HOWEVER, CLASSIFIED LIT CAN BE LOANED TO NEW DISCIPLES LIVING IN a qualified Family Home of older Members, & that will be up to the judgement of the Home Servant as to whether they are babes only ready for milk, or more mature, ready for meat--just like we used to do!--But this lit must remain the property of the Home & not be removed therefrom. Then on their one-year anniversary they can be given possession of the lit. But don't even loan DO Lit to Babes under 6 mos. old!
 8. PLEASE SEND YOUR COMPLETE TRF (NO BLANKS!) to your nearest NRO or CRO.
 9. ROs PLEASE SCAN ALL TRFs PRAYERFULLY FOR NON-BONAFIDE FAMILY MEMBERS! If convinced they are not qualified, return TRF at once with regrets, thank them for the gift & cancel all mailings immediately!
 10. FOR DO LIT, BONAFIDE FAMILY MEMBERS MUST HAVE BEEN IN FAMILY AT LEAST ONE YEAR (FNs 6 MONTHS) & fulfil all Membership qualifications, & this must be certified by a statement of same on TRF signed by 2 Family Officers upon first application for same.
 Thanks for your cooperation! GBAK us!--In Jesus' name, Amen! (If you think this is too tuff, you shoulda been here when you had to give all & move in!)
