May 15 – Family member in France given a suspended sentence of 18 months in prison for "contributing to the deliquency of a minor" for encouraging his child to engage in videotaped sexual play with children of other Family members. The sentence was then reduced to two years of probation and mandatory treatment and his parental rights were terminated.[1]
