Abi Freeman (born 1958, formerly known as Rosalind Tasgal, Rosalind Hora and Morningstar Kings) was raised in an Orthodox Jewish family and joined the Children of God in 1974 at age 16. She has worked for the organization in a number of countries including Iran (where she lived in a Family Home with Lawrence Corley), India, Turkey, Pakistan, Austria, Russia, Hungary and the United Kingdom. During the 1980s, she and her husband, Elliot Hora (Paul Kings), held leadership positions (including the position of Visiting Servant) in India and other countries. She served as a secretary to former EURCRO Continental Officer Mark Lloyd from approximately 1993 until 1996. She lives in Britain and is the organization's primary spokesperson in Europe.[1]

On September 22, 2006 Freeman was arrested in Britain on suspicion of child abuse. She was later released on bail. On October 5, 2006, the Crown Prosecution Service decided not to prosecute the case. [2]
