Panton Hill (is a suburb in Melbourne), Victoria, Australia is the city where the raids took place on 15 May 1992 before dawn.[1] 142 children, aged two to sixteen, in the home were removed by the authorities under allegations of child abuse, both physical and sexual.[2]
