Daniel Noah Brinich 1981-2003, was killed on January 18, 2003 when car being driven by Michael Lourenco went out of control after skidding on ice and struck a tree.
Lourenco was found to be intoxicated while driving and was sentenced to some jail time as a result of the accident.
Brinich was a resident of Laurelhome, a private room and board residence operated by Geraldo "Barney" Lourenco in Laurel, Maryland.
