The Right Honourable Sir Alan Hylton Ward (born 1938-02-15) is a British judiciary in the United Kingdom who holds the title Lord Justice of Appeal for Her Majesty's Courts Service. All Court of Appeal judges, including Ward, are senior judges with lengthy judicial experience. Appointment to the Court of Appeal is by The Queen on the recommendation of the Prime Minister.

Sir Alan Ward was appointed as a Justice of the High Court Family Division on 1988-05-10, and as a Lord Justice of Appeal on 1995-02-13.

From February 1992 to November 1995, he presided over a prominent court case involving The Family International.
