One of the messages implied that Weiss was a Nazi. He is Jewish. City Atty. Rocky Delgadillo charged Irwin with one count of vandalism, one count of posting a swastika on private property and one hate crime charge. Irwin could face up to three years in prison and $11,000 in fines if convicted. The Sherman Oaks man pleaded not guilty at an arraignment Tuesday.
