Camps for the re-training of disillusioned teenagers, created in the latter half of the 80s, leading to the creation of Victor camps.

  • Bangkok Teen Combo ("The TC") — 198?-???? — Bangkok, Thailand
  • Budapest Teen Combo (BTC) — 198?-1983 — Óbuda, Budapest, Hungary
  • Vienna Teen Combo (VTC) — 198?-1992/3 — Vienna, Austria
  • Monterrey Teen Combo — 198?-19?? — Monterrey, Mexico

(Note: Most, if not all, of these centers are no longer in existence)
