Rosa María Raffo (Peruvian) is a long-time member and minor leader of The Family International. She is the former wife of Juan Carlos Rosas Razzeto and Pablo Traductor (not his legal name) and mother of Leila Rosas Paquette (SGA; member of the SACRO team). She is from a wealthy Peruvian family.
She was most recently known to be living in Santiago, Chile as the founder and president of the foundation, "Help for the Children of the Andes".[1]
