Selah home

A Selah home (also includes WS Units) is a term used by The Family International to describe a centre, or "Home", which handles publications and finances and operates in complete secrecy from non-members and members alike. Its location, personnel, and specific activities are closely guarded secrets privy only to upper-leadership and its residents. It is usually also the main residence of Continental Officers, WS personnel, and the highest-ranking leadership.

These homes are typically large compounds in relatively secluded locations but close to major cities (for convenient access to necessary supplies and transportation). It is not uncommon for them to have 50 or more residents living and working there full-time. The majority of its residents are usually not citizens of the country these homes are located in (and not necessarily legal residents either). However, they will always have at least one national to take care of local business and handle local authorities.

Due to the expensive nature of relocating, these homes generally stay in the same location for many years. However, they will quickly move if a threat to their security and secrecy is perceived.
